Abstract: Innovations in curriculum delivery methods are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of technical education, ensuring that students acquire relevant skills in an engaging and efficient manner. This study explores various innovative curriculum delivery methods in technical education and their impact on student learning outcomes. The objectives are: (1) to identify effective innovative teaching methods used in technical education, (2) to evaluate the impact of these methods on student engagement and learning outcomes, and (3) to assess educator and student perceptions of these innovative approaches. A survey research design is justified by the need to gather detailed insights from educators, students, and administrators about their experiences with innovative curriculum delivery. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling to ensure diverse representation from various technical education institutions. The case study focuses on technical schools in Rivers State, known for their progressive approaches to education. Findings revealed that methods such as flipped classrooms, blended learning, and project-based learning significantly improved student engagement, comprehension, and retention of technical skills. Both educators and students expressed positive perceptions of these methods, highlighting their ability to make learning more interactive and applicable to real-world scenarios. Recommendations include increasing the adoption of innovative teaching methods, providing professional development for educators to effectively implement these approaches, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of these methods to ensure they meet evolving educational needs.
